We begin on the evening of Thursday, January 2 at 7:00 pm with our first Resolution Reset meeting, at which you will receive EVERYTHING you need to successfully complete our program. After transitioning in on your own during the day on Friday, we meet again that evening. Saturday and Sunday will be your actual juice fasting days, during which you receive two massages, two saunas, two colonics, and one professional nutritional consultation and coaching session. On Monday, you will follow our directions for a successful transitioning out before reconvening at Wellness of Life for an evening celebration, at which you can revel in your accomplishment before heading off into the new year with a customized strategy for optimal health and healing.
